Do I keep my business number?
Yes. You set call forwarding on no-answer or busy to the AI line we set up. Calls you pick up never reach it. Our checklist shows how for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast Business, RingCentral and Google Voice.
What does it cost, exactly?
$3,500 setup and $300 a month. You pay a $1,750 deposit to start and the rest before go-live. The monthly fee starts on your go-live date. 400 minutes + 1,000 texts included every month. We alert you at 80%. No surprise charges: extra usage is added only if you approve it.
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your virtual assistant and never claims to be a person. The greeting says the call may be recorded and transcribed by us and our service providers, and that we may text the caller about it. Before it texts a booking confirmation or reminder, it asks the caller and logs the answer. If a caller objects to recording, it stops and keeps no transcript. We keep transcripts, not audio.
Does it work with Follow Up Boss?
Yes, through the Zapier webhook that's included: every new lead and booking can create a person and a task in Follow Up Boss. Google Calendar or Calendly booking is included too.
Can it answer questions about my listings?
It answers from the facts you give it (address, status, open house times, your FAQ). It won't guess about price changes, offers or property condition. It hands those to you.
Do I have to get on a call with you?
No. You fill in a questionnaire, get a written quote within 1 business day (business days are Sunday–Thursday, Israel time), and finish a setup checklist with short videos. If you want a 15-minute video call anyway, you can book one. It's optional.
How long until it's live?
10 business days after you finish the access checklist (calendar, alerts, SMS registration details). Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Can I cancel? What if I'm not happy?
