Straight answers.
Do I keep my business number?
Yes. You set call forwarding on no-answer or busy to the AI line we set up. Calls you pick up never reach it. Our checklist shows how for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast Business, RingCentral and Google Voice.
What does it cost, exactly?
$3,500 setup and $300 a month. You pay a $1,750 deposit to start and the rest before go-live. The monthly fee starts on your go-live date. 400 minutes + 1,000 texts included every month. We alert you at 80%. No surprise charges: extra usage is added only if you approve it.
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your virtual assistant and never claims to be a person. The greeting says the call may be recorded and transcribed by us and our service providers, and that we may text the caller about it. Before it texts a booking confirmation or reminder, it asks the caller and logs the answer. If a caller objects to recording, it stops and keeps no transcript. We keep transcripts, not audio.
What about emergencies?
You choose the emergency keywords (gas smell, carbon monoxide, flooding, no heat with a baby at home). If there may be danger to life, the caller is told to hang up and call 911 first. Otherwise you get an URGENT text right away, and it can ring your cell.
Why not the AI assistant built into Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Built-in assistants are a good fit if you only need booking inside that app. Ours answers the phone itself, works with any calendar or CRM, hands off to a person when needed, and comes with someone who maintains it.
Does it work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
Booking into Google Calendar or Calendly is included, and so is 1 Zapier webhook for any other tool. A direct Jobber, Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel or HubSpot connection is a $1,200 add-on ($50/mo). ServiceTitan gets a custom quote.
Do I have to get on a call with you?
No. You fill in a questionnaire, get a written quote within 1 business day (business days are Sunday–Thursday, Israel time), and finish a setup checklist with short videos. If you want a 15-minute video call anyway, you can book one. It's optional.
